Ron Mazik is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, school-based consultant, and founder of Mazik Group, LLC. He partners directly with public, charter, and private schools to provide practical behavioral consultation and support within K–12 environments.

Ron’s work focuses on helping schools build stable behavioral systems rather than simply reacting to crises. He conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, develops Positive Behavior Support Plans, and collaborates with administrators and educators to strengthen MTSS and PBIS frameworks. His approach emphasizes consistency, collaboration, and practical implementation that works within real school environments.

Ron has extensive experience working inside school systems and understands the realities educators face each day. His work focuses on strengthening systems, supporting staff, and developing sustainable approaches that help schools address behavioral challenges effectively over time.

Beyond his professional work, Ron is deeply connected to the local community. As a youth sports coach and parent, he values the role schools play in shaping strong communities and positive environments for students. Mazik Group is also committed to supporting local education initiatives, including community partnerships and school-focused organizations.

Ron founded Mazik Group with a simple goal: to provide responsive, high-quality behavioral support without unnecessary layers of bureaucracy or turnover. The focus is long-term partnership, practical solutions, and steady leadership that schools can rely on.
